RETURN, MODIFICATION & DELIVERY POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of our services, Studio MTL AI does not offer refunds once an order has been processed.

⏱️ DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The minimum delivery time is 24 hours. This timeframe may vary depending on the package selected and the specific requirements of the project. Projects involving advanced edits or a higher level of complexity may require additional time. If so, the estimated delivery time will be communicated to the client before production begins.

🔁 MODIFICATIONS

Each order includes one (1) complimentary revision. Any additional revision requests will incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved by the client prior to execution.

🔒 CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

All photos, personal information, and files provided by our clients are treated with the strictest confidentiality. Studio MTL AI will never share, publish, display, or use any client images for marketing, portfolio, social media, or any other purpose without the client’s prior written consent.

⚠️ RESULTS & VARIABILITY

AI-generated visuals are created using the photos and information provided by the client. While we strive to achieve the highest quality possible, results may vary slightly from portfolio examples, as AI-generated content is not an exact replica of the original image. We are committed to delivering premium-quality results within the capabilities of the technology used.
